Are you looking for an accountancy job in Telford? We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our team here at KEW Accountancy, ideally with two or three years’ experience working in an accountancy practice.
This role would suit someone who has just finished an apprenticeship.
Must have:
- At least two years’ experience in a general accountancy practice.
- Experience of completing accounts to review stage for sole traders, partnerships, and small limited companies from manual and digital records.
- Great communication skills.
Highly desirable:
- VAT knowledge.
- Experience using Sage software.
- Experience with Xero, Quickbooks and Freeagent.
Alongside your day to day role, we may sometimes need you to go a little further:
- Answering the phone when admin staff are busy.
- Being part of a team which constantly supports one another.
- We also need you to be prepared to be flexible with your time during our busier periods, such as January.
Salary:
£18,000 to £25,000 depending on your experience
As well as salary and your annual leave entitlement, we have a company private health scheme.
